Happy International Women’s Day!

Today, let’s celebrate with women across the globe and spread the love. Let’s applaud women’s achievements and celebrate #Balanceforbetter. It’s the perfect time to get fired up, inspire others and get inspired yourself.

Throughout my corporate years, I have been surrounded by and worked with accomplished, successful and beautiful women. However so many of them said that they felt inadequate, with low self esteem. Riddled with self-doubt and being very self-critical, many of these amazing women thought that they never fully measured up. Sadly this led me to witness a number of self-harming behaviours, such as eating disorders, depression, and exercise abuse. 

That’s why I want to encourage Self-Love and have set out as a Self-Love coach with my philosophy of

Feel... Live... Be...

To me, it is crucial to bring more balance into our lives through self-care, self-love and self-healing. However, this is something not all of us can set out to do on our own. We need a community of support, encouragement and understanding.

Here we are providing an afternoon to make time just for yourself, but within a community of other amazing women. All you have to do is immerse yourself in all things feel good and enjoy our self love panel, free treatments and relaxation therapies, holistic health and wellbeing tips and lots more to leave you feeling loved and recharged. 

Just as International Women’s Day’s theme this year is #Balanceforbetter, we too believe in the importance of balance - in all aspects of our lives. From the way we treat others, to the way we approach our lives. Through community, feeling, living and being, we can find that crucial inner-strength and positivity.

Today let’s start with Self-acceptance and Self-confidence. How do we do this? Start by fuelling yourself with positive energy and love, nourish your bodies with healing foods, exercise sensibly and celebrate all of the amazing people around you supporting you on your journey.
