As part of my investigation into healthy habits that will boost our productivity, I’ve rounded up my favourite energy-boosting brain foods. They’ve not just been scientifically proven to improve your productivity, these food are all delicious, will bring you happiness and, of ultimate importance to me, will help bring some more self-love into your life.
Enough with feeling sluggish, de-motivated, and fed up with uninspiring diets. There are ways we can balance out our eating regimes with little foods that will give us an extra boost.
I must stress that the below foods need to a part of a well-balanced diet and can’t be relied upon alone. So don’t neglect a nutritious diet - simply try adding these into your day-to-day snacks or meals and be kind to both your body and mind.

It’s super quick and easy to cook and can be transformed into lots of different dishes.
